Chilled large wine glass & Ice cubes
60ml Wild Wombat Gin
Squeeze an orange wedge and drop it in
Drop a lemon wedge in
Top up with soda water
Garnish: Dash of Cinnamon

60ml Wild Wombat Berry Vodka
Top up with Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
Garnish with a candied Wild Hibiscus Flower or a Maraschino Cherry
(Optional: Add 15ml of orange juice)

25ml Wild Wombat Vodka
25ml Blood orange liqueur
15ml Blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
8ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish with an orange wheel

50ml Coconut Milk
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
Pour and garnish with cocoa powder

Garnish: Lemon Zest
§ Antica Formula swirled in glass
to coat the inside of the glass.
§ Add gin and vodka into a mixing glass
and begin to stir to chill the drink
§ Single strain into the Antica
coated glass and serve.
30ml Wild Wombat Vodka
30ml Wild Wombat Coffee Liqueur
1 cinnamon stick
Garnish: Flamed cinnamon stick and a flamed orange zest.
§ Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass and add the cinnamon stick.
§ Add ice and begin to stir checking for taste every so often.
§ Once it is mixed and has the desired strength pour over ice in a rocks glass.
§ Then flame a cinnamon stick and also flame a orange zest place close to straw and serve.
Wild Berry Goblet
60ml Wild Wombat Wild Berry Vodka.
10 Blueberries
5 Raspberries
Handful of mint.
Top with lemonade.
Garnish: Large mint sprig.
§ Add vodka to glass and half fill glass with ice.
§ Add all the berries and clap and add the mint.
§ Stir berries and mint with the ice and vodka.
§ Add more ice and top with lemonade and stir again.
§ Garnish with large mint sprig and serve.
60ml Wild Wombat Gin
Handful of mint.
1 sliced up lemon
Top with squash
Garnish: Large mint sprig
§ Add Wild Wombat Gin to glass, and half fill with ice and add the clapped mint.
§ Stir will to get the taste of the mint through the gin.
§ Fill with ice and line the inside of the glass with lemon slices.
§ Top with lemon squash, and gently stir again.
§ Add garnish and Serve
30ml WW Wild Berry Vodka
15ml Lillet Blanc
10ml Absinthe
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Orange Juice
7.5ml Peach Syrup
Garnish: Absinth soaked sugar cube lit on fire
§ Pour all ingredients into a boston shaker and shake.
§ Double strain into a martini glass.
§ Then place sugar cube over the martini glass and
light it on fire.
30ml WW Gin
15ml Limoncello
7.5ml Antica Formula
15ml Lemon Juice
5ml Vanilla Syrup
Top with Apple Cider
Garnish: Large lemon zest wrapped
around a ginger cube speared with a stick
§ Add all ingredients to a Japanese mixing
glass except the apple cider and begin to stir.
§ Stir until flavor is achieved and pour over ice.
§ Top the glass with the apple cider.
§ Garnish and serve.
60ml Wild Wombat Vodka
15 ml Lime Juice
60ml Orange juice
10ml Strawberry Syrup
Garnish: Strawberry syrup sunk at the bottom
§ Add ingredients except the strawberry syrup.
§ Shake and single strain over ice.
§ Sink your strawberry syrup to the bottom and serve.
60ml Wild Wombat Gin
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
Garnish: Large lemon zest
§ Place sugar cube in bottom of mixing glass.
§ Add dashes of lemon and aromatic bitters over the cube.
§ Crush the sugar cube.
§ Add the Gin, ice and begin to stir.
§ When desired strength is achieved
strain the contents over ice in an old fashion glass.
§ Brush the glass rim with lemon zest, drop into the drink and serve.
60ml Wild Wombat Gin
3 slices of cucumber
15ml lemon juice
3 pieces of apple
2 dashes of cherry bitters
7.5ml vanilla syrup
Garnish: 2 pieces of apple, 2 pieces of cucumber and a cherry speared on a toothpick
§ Add the cucumber, apple and bitters into a mixing glass and muddle.
§ Pour in the Gin, vanilla syrup and lemon juice.
§ Add ice and begin to stir once chilled, double strain over ice in a rocks glass.
§ Add garnish and serve.

15ml WW Gin
15ml Blue Curacao
15ml Tequila
15ml Spiced Rum
5ml Strawberry syrup
Top with Lemon Squash
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
§ Pour the 5ml of Strawberry syrup down the bottom of the glass.
§ Pour all ingredients into a boston shaker except the lemon squash and shake.
§ Layer the lemon squash in the glass to get a sunrise effect in the glass.
§ Layer the shaken contents over the top of the lemon squash.
§ Add the speared garnish and serve.
